Every bag reconciled before the door closes.

Concord reads the airline's BSMs, guides each ramp agent through every scan, and shows the supervisor, live, which bag is missing at each stage and where it was last scanned.

Running live with a ground handler at Lima airport since April 2026.

What goes missing between the counter and the hold

Four situations every baggage operation runs into. Pick one to see how Concord handles it.

Without reconciliation, the bag takes off without its owner and the flight is exposed to a security review.

    From BSM to flight close

The same path every bag takes through your operation, recorded scan by scan.

    1. Passenger attaching a bag tag to a suitcase at the check-in counter

      The BSM arrives

The airline sends its Type B messages to your SITA mailbox. Concord creates each bag on its flight and applies changes and cancellations without losing scans already made.

    2. Agent in a high-visibility vest scanning suitcases beside ULD containers in make-up

      Sorting in make-up

The agent scans the bag and assigns it to a ULD or cart. Priority bags, connections and short connections stand out by color the moment they're scanned.

    3. ULD containers under the wing of a widebody aircraft and an agent with a handheld scanner

      Loading the hold

On the ramp, each scan confirms the load and generates the BPM for the airline. If the airline cancels a bag that's already in a ULD, Concord asks for it to be offloaded.

    4. Aircraft at a gate at night with empty baggage carts driving away

Closing with the numbers in view

The supervisor sees check-in, make-up and ramp progress, and which bags are missing at each stage. Once a stage is closed, Concord stops accepting scans for it.

For arrivals, the same flow covers ramp unloading, the claim belt and the connections area, with each bag's destination worked out from the airline's messages.

Built for the ramp, not the office

The app runs on Android handhelds with built-in scanners, such as Zebra devices. The whole screen goes to operations: flight, ULD, counts and the result of each scan.

    Colors agents already know
Green is good, yellow is a connection, blue is a short connection, purple is rush and red is an error. Each result looks and sounds different.
    No signal, keep scanning
Scans are stored on the device and sent when the connection comes back.
Errors that say what to do
Duplicate bag, wrong flight, local bag in connections or a full ULD: the message gives the next step without calling the supervisor.

A small team, with a real operation behind it

We're not a large vendor and we won't pretend to be. Concord was built inside a baggage operation at Lima airport, where it has been used every day since April 2026.

    Proven in daily operation
What you see in the demo is in use today on real flights, with real agents and real airline messages.
    Affordable, plainly explained pricing
We give you the full cost in the first meeting, sized to your operation.
What's missing, we build with you
If your operation needs something Concord doesn't do yet, we build it with your team and ship it to your installation.
Talk to the people who build it
Meetings and support are handled by the same team that writes the code, with no middlemen.

    One installation per client

Each ground handler gets its own Concord instance: server, database, real-time messaging, domain and mobile app. Your data never shares infrastructure with another company.

    Type B integration
Connects to your existing SITA mailbox. Airline and handler addresses are configured per station, with no code changes.
    Live supervision
The web portal shows every flight as it happens: loading progress, unseen bags and the history of each scan with agent and time.
    IATA Resolution 753
Every bag is recorded when it's loaded, when it passes through connections and when it arrives, with agent, time and location.
    Roles and stations
Per-module permissions, with users assigned to their own stations and airlines.
